disciplines. Today we're to Maui for the Naish blackbox kite high-jumping competition, the question is: Who's going to catch the ?
In we used to jump and now in Kitting it's just a whole new realm, you're like twice as high as they would be and I come down way softer, and that was rush for me, when I was I just high off the water and it's a big rush!
If you compare high-jumping today to, like five or six years ago, it’s a huge difference because today, a kite is . It’s very safe and way more user-friendly and to push themselves and see how high they can go, so average riders jump between the twenty-five to more advanced riders foot and then the sixty and close to seventy feet.
Des Walsh: For Kiting, high-jumping,like a lot of speed and a lot of power in your kite and what you want to do is head in one direction and send your Kite back the other direction as you’re hitting a piece of chopper wave, and some of seventy-three feet, plus for some guys and the distance is super-far.
